    Last time US bureaucracy shut down in 1996, when Clinton ruled the world. Stock markets will behave to charts and will use whatever to justify that, up or down.

    Obama had only 6 debt ceiling lifts compared to over 15 during Reagan era so theirs a lot to go LOL.
