Lord, to expand on why we are generally fairly dismissive of efficiency ratings let me explain why you are comparing apples with oranges.

First an analogy, if Silicon cells were a sports car and DSC a 4wd, then one may claim that the sports car is better because it is faster. The boys from Top Gear being an example. But try as it might, the sports car just wont drive you through a ditch or across a river.
The single most exciting aspect of DSC is that it goes places no previous PV tech can go. Both in lighting conditions (shade, indirect light, extreme cold and heat) and in application (coated on glass and steel, woven into fabrics)

Now lets consider prime application #1, an industrial shed. If you used Dyesol/Corus steel cladding for the roof, the entire surface area of that roof would be one big PV collector at xx% efficiency. I believe they are looking at launching around 5-8% and going up from there. On top of being the entire surface area, it will also collect power through all daylight hours. There is a graph comparing the operational time of DSC and Silicon, I won't find it for you, but it is a significant difference. It will also continue to operate on a cloudy day.
Contrast this to installing Silicon on that same roof. First you can only use the half of the roof that faces into the sun. Second either because of the bulky mounting mechanism or because of the weight, you are not going to be able to cover even that half entirely. If you try to, you are going to have to engineer the building specifically to hold that weight. So you can't retrofit (DSC can since it is just cladding). Now subtract the start and end of each day, and the cloudy days and we are starting to compare the right numbers.

Now if you consider prime application #2, non view glass in a skyscraper. Well silicon is simply a non starter here. You could not mount a silicon panel on the side of a building.
So when looking at greening a skyscraper you can add a couple of silicon panels to the relatively small roof top, or coat vast areas of all sides of the building. This is the real river crossing that Silicon simply can not go near.
Add to this the potential for DSC to also do view glass if people are willing to accept the slight colour tinge this would add and you could do the entire sides of a building.

So while you are correct that under full sun lab conditions, the silicon cells are much higher rated, you are either misunderstanding the product or being downright dishonest to compare the two and label it a negative for DSC. You would as soon dismiss the 4wd because the sports car does 0-100 faster.

ps. We don't mind honest criticism and discussion, but keep in mind you introduced yourself by calling our technology a fraud simply because your friend said it was. You have since tried to be more constructive, but first impressions do last. No one is going to claim this stock is a sure bet, we are all speculators but fraud is a very strong word, even if it wasn't yours.
