Iraq is different fron Vietnam in geography and leadership. This is not a struggle for re-unification as in Vietnam. Iraq is governed by a ruthless dictator who practices "raw terror" to prevent any opposition.
The US is in the position to take out Iraq's missiles, airforce and armored divisions at will because of it's overwhelming technical superiority.
Who knows the Aussie SAS (the best in the world)may capture Saddam for a visit to the WCT before he gets a chance to do a Hitler in his bunker.
