if California experiences a super earthquake then their defences will look pathetic - thing is the US has plenty of stable ground on which to build nukes why insist on building them in earthquake prone areas? - well, it's all about money isn't it?....
nuclear power stations properly built in the right locations shouldn't cause great risk, but the builders continue to roll the dice in unsafe areas.....
and why the Jap plant at Fukushima only had 'ordinary' backup systems defies belief, you'd have thought they'd have had super-backup facilities well out of harm's way to provide cooling in emergencies? - oh, that's right - it's all about money.....
