In terms of valuing 1PG you need to understand how the US investors currently value Tech startups. I don't have an opinion on the merits of how it's done, but happy to support/cheer on those that want to bid up 1PG. Clearly the difference for 1PG is revenue, and dare I say profit, will be almost immediate. Now what value will they place on that....

Good articles. Are any of the Silicon Valley investors that have funded those Silicon Valley rocket ships invested in this company? Venture investors are very competitive in the US and fight to back great companies.
