Nippon agrees to buy US Steel for $55 a share, a massive premium to its $35 mark it was trading at .It was around the $22 mark when other companies stared to take a whiff in May.
Two things come out from this. Bluescope is massively underrated even at $23 and secondly, it can pick up some assets(cheap) when Nippon is forced to sell to get the deal through.
