I have posted this many times. Lynas cannot get off pink sheets until DY and / or CF are over US $5.00 for six months. Even falling below 5 intraday resets the counter. It is in the Nasdaq regulations which I have posted but not going to find it now. Nasdaq is a far better exchange. NYSE is a shadow of its old self. it almost went bankrupt and is not even owned by Americans anymore. Look at the top ten holdings of both exchanges. There is not one major company in the last ten years that is on NYSE for example GOOG AMZN TSLA INTC and many others are all Nasdaq and I doubt they will ever leave.
I am sure if Dy or CF become eligible it will be done very quickly.
