    Yes the fears might be the Hedge Funds fear of losing the naked short facility and their ability to manipulate the markets so ruthlessly. Hopefully the German action is taken up by other administrations to reduce the casino like actions of Hedge Fund Traders and restore some semblance of moderation on the markets and financial instruments.
