ktrianta, suggest you do a bit more Research on the different forms of gold if you are unfamiliar with GOLD on the ASX before deciding where to invest.Before you shell out many thousands of hard earns, make sure you are knowledgable in Allocted, Unallocated, ETF, and GOLD. Don't buy off Ebay, it's a hoodwink , and spreads are rediculous. Understand coins, bullion, ect , the spreads on buy/sell, and finally , don't swallow all the shizzle written on Kitco, Gold is Money and Le Met, ect, as too many ulterior motives cloud many facts about trading pm's.
By all means, have a dabble, but it is going to be the cornerstone of your investment, take much of what is written with a grain of salt, and educate yourself about the entire gold\equities market. Good luck.
