If you are referring to the reported “new delivery system and increased production” mentioned in the 1 line statement by GSK in Singapore, I suggest you should email Peter Cook and asked the idiot –
a) The law suit expressly stated GSK’s failure on this matter. Where in his cooked settlement did Peter Idiot include the requirement that GSK shall research new delivery system?
b) As the new delivery system are investigated at such a late stage (twilight years) of the Relenza patent, Peter Idiot should have insisted BTA shall share the benefits of any patent arising out of any new delivery system. If not, shouldn’t Peter Idiot think of this?

GSK document and articles indicated clearly GSK had been promoting GSK Pandemic flu vaccine ahead of Relenza. In fact, GSK’s planned 60 million courses p.a production capacity is highly inadequate. Tamiflu resistance swine flu virus is increasing by the day. Relenza will soon be the only existing anti-viral to satisfy the swine flu pandemic stockpiling. Tamiflu was sold in hundreds of millions and only Peter Cook has to be an idiot to accept the 60 million courses pa as an adequate response.
Even Blind Freddy could see throttling Relenza production capacity will benefit the sales of GSK pandemic flu vaccine.

It is time BTA shareholders exert pressure on Peter Cook to:
1) Update the market after requesting sales information from GSK which IMHO will show demand far exceeds the 60 million courses. All licensor have a right to request for sale information – a common law right that should be expressed in the contract.

2) Update the market after demanding from GSK evidences GSK is promoting Relenza and what GSK will do to promote Relenza in the coming months. Almost all licensing agreement would express an obligation on a licensee to provide a marketing/promotional plan to the licensor.
