And that would even have to be environmentally friendly, with the amount of water golf courses take .....
But for me it is the reasons for the ban - "sucking the sun's energy", cancer, dead plants .... all from a residential zoned area. If it was a question of valuable farmland disappearing, it might have been valid. But anyway, 300 acres isn't much, especially in NC. And many solar farms are in sensible places like the desert, on peoples' rooftops and, of course, on old golf links.
