The cost for SWF providing trading US stocks at $2 is not a commercial arrangement considering they use a third party to do this. Are they using FNZ for this service or the previous provider irrepsective of whom the supplier is they will not be doing it for $2 , offering loss making services is not good for shareholders., maybe they hope by doing this people will leave more cash om their banl accounts for swf to keep the interest
