Stake was offering $0 USD trades for ages (though no longer).
So $2 might be doable.
But with SWF charging $9.50 usually, I had imagined their costs were >$2.
Even if it was loss making, it could be offset by FOREX fees, and could be considered a marketing cost (cutting some of the inefficient marketing as of late).
