I just saw another point you made, CAPEX costs would only be reduced on a weak USD if the funds were raised in AUD. And yes future profits would be adversly impacted by the same amount, but FX rate would no doubt move between those 2 periods.

So if we raise funds in USD and hold USD we want USD strong during construction so we have greater purchasing power relative to other currencies and a strong USD or USD stronger than AUD at the time we convert our USD profits into AUD.
