    The US$3.4 billion was equivalent to just over A$5 billion.
    Also SDL have said cost's should be down as it was during the iron ore boom time when the costings were done when steel prices,machinery and labour were dearer.
    Will depend on contract pricing being signed on the dotted line or not perhaps.
