Hastings has 100% of production locked up IIRC. Alkane to my knowledge don't have a lot of NdPr but they have other rare earths. That leaves Arafura?
1.1bil capex is substantial, but by process of elimination I'm scratching my head trying to work out who is left for the USA.
Does NTU even have much NdPr? I thought it was mainly dysprosium?
