Read the room BD! There is limited interest and money because it is simply not a viable technology in real world applications! The precursors to wave (aka solar and wind) are so much more viable to harness and, will-you-look-at-that, have been adopted and commercialised en masse, world-wide, even at latitudes not optimal for solar.
Seriously - give up on this and move on!
