The Kitco data is not that reliable and works on delay, I think.
For Currencies and Gold:

USD and oil: http://www.ino.com/?af
Note that sometimes, the oil price appears static and therefore may not be activated; the same applies for Gold but normally only after a weekend, Use Kitco till the true data is available.
