and another thing which hardly gets a mention are the realestate agents, they were resposible for most of this, they can move quicker that any government can react, we had 5 realestate agents in my town, now we have barely 1, they were resposible for telling everyone how prices will double triple and they did, buy buy buy was their motto. scumb of ther earth in my few 100 times over. go gold GW
