Just in case you missed it, Trump is now POTUS and has the same power that Obama had and Trump also has the same access to information that Obama had. Trump just needs to ask for the info that was available to Obama.
It may not be clear the impact and extent of Russian interference in the elections, but it is clear the Russians did interfere in the elections.
In the meantime Trump will continue to cry about all sorts of stuff, and Tweet his alternate facts.
