I am suggesting we have further to go down so I see it as a continuation rather than reversal pattern. If you look at what is happening else where in the world (eg hongkong or OZ) we have similar triangles from which we have broken downwards. HK played out perfectly dropping the full height of the triangle. the rapid rise of the last coupla days is the bounce from the bottom. The XJO also broke south but did not go all the way. after quite a few retests of the bottom we managed to end the day back inside the triangle yesterday.....it will be interesting to watch the direction of the XJO from here.
I guess my point is that if all over the world we have formed these triangles and in many cases broken sharply downwards then there is still a good chance the US will yet do the same. It just hasn't happened yet.
