I must be missing something.

Given CCC has limited money, why would an Indian coal company do a deal with CCC who can't fund anything rather than doing a deal directly with the tribe.

Anyhow why would the company talk to the media about a deal that is far from complete.

Call me old fashioned but if it is a good deal you keep it under wraps until signed. If the deal is not that great talking to the media doesnt matter, no one will steal it.

Happiness to all, but I suspect it may not be coming from this stock.
