A small article in the Herald Sun this morning sugests US Air Force Lt-General Henry Obering, who is overseeing the the building of the missile defence shield will visit Australia for the first time in the comming months. Apparently he will also speak to Defense Force officials involved in the Jindalee Over the Horizon Radar Network (JORN) Project
