sadly because of the power of the low functioning stratification in society in Iraq that claim was hardly a boast in effort necessary...I feel sorry for the higher functioning demographic across all societies with iraq no different...they are as in here and the US the only true victims known to man.
Denying regression to the behavioural mean takes constant social effort and any actual good people capable of the measurable metric of common sense necessary must hold high executive office otherwise there is no chance....some societies are too far gone down the dysfunctional rabbit hole of the ideologue to ever come back...recognisably anyway
