What about if they reach that point and it gathers momentum and the US reaches 250% debt to GDP, No issue there. China debt is now around (300% debt to GDP) with 25% youth unempolyment.
China has over capacity and used government money to create fake industy to support a failing economy. A recession in the US will result in a similar outcome with massive poverty. A US and global recession will compound China's issues which will create a large poverty cycle fallout around the world.
