The lack of action by Arab nations could cause civil war and result in regime change and more fundamentalists leaders.
If there is military action in Yemen then then Algeria might be drawn into the conflict.

Domino effect of military action in the middle east.
If Algeria is pulled into the action then Iran, Syria, North Korea, Belarus, and Russia. are also drawn into the conflict.
If India enters the conflict, it might also draw in pakistan. China will have to enter this conflict at some stage if this becomes a world war.

Hamas is inviting Pakistan to join forces against Israel.

Those who are high mighty are racist against all things middle eastern. Those who are blinded by racism and pro zionism need to think very hard about what the world will look like if this becomes a world war.
