jazip I would think the 641B for climate change may qualify and help us as well. That would be a cool trillion with DoD which is only fitting to preserve Americas lead in autos which the NYT today suggested is behind China efforts as we all know. Article was on Aperex batteries and how that came to pass and pointed out the Detroits second class status. Must get a lot of attention politically and around the US.
