Thanks for everyone's thoughts, I am in similar position to some of you and have been holding since 2008 and got caught out in the GFC. I have averaged down to $30 and am sitting on a large capital gain which I will have to realize early in the new financial year (ex dividend). I do not really have the stomach for another GFC/Brexit so I am interested in your comments about May, any particular events happening other than MQG reporting ? I hope with the US interest rates rising and hopefully the Aussie falling along with some Trump infrastructure we can hit that magical $100. The DOW seems a bit precarious and appears ready for a pull back which normally hits MQG hard, question is will we get a rebound or enter into a down trend? Thanks again for any comments.
