USA EPA Update Aeris Technologies is pleased to report that pursuant to our federal USA Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) submission on the 13th May the key AerisGuardTM Bioactive Coil Treatment product has been granted the faster track 120 day EPA review process.
Aeris has provided considerable information to the EPA to achieve this desirable outcome and, whilst the submission will still be subject to the normal scrutiny as part of the process, the Company has been informed by its expert regulatory consultant that this is a very positive result.
This is a major milestone for the Company towards entering the largest heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) market in the world and builds on our recently announced partnership with Sumitomo 3M in the second largest HVAC market, Japan.
