Good question debono. I can't honestly say. I suppose it will depend on the tenor and circumstances of whatever comes out of those pockets.

Often the US does things in a way which engenders suspicion for no apparent good reason. For example, I heard on PM this evening that the US has assumed responsibility for doling out copies of Saddam's megadocument of his WOMD. They will be the ones to make photocopies and dole them out to the non-nuclear nations. Why would they do this when the simplest option is just to allow the UN to handle the whole business? Why engender suspicion in this paranoid environment by doing something so blatantly unneccessary?...unless of course, they wanted to edit the document...

By the way. I enjoyed your post on the abortion issue...
