g'day ap my impression was that the dossier was diverted to washington where it was copied and distributed in full to allies before being returned to the UN for their perusal. I guess its one of the perks of being a landlord.
By having 12,000 pages Iraq must have thought that they could jam up the works. However the US surely would be able to find at least one item in 12,000 pages that will prove their argument even if only an ambiguity or evasion. One could ask why does it take 12,000 pages to prove that something does not exist?
