If there are problems BOW getting LNG sales rather than selling out, then what about petrochem and fertilisers? Currently Qld must be about the cheapest spot on the planet to buy methane.

Then there is huge scope to displace coal fired power generation across the whole Eastern States. Might not be top dollar for your gas, but we could still be looking at quite reasonable margins.

Long term huge appetite for LNG. Most of big oil sees that as they struggle to maintain oil reserves replacement.

I'd agree though that at $1.40 short term d/s risk is there.
