Actually WHO and its head honcho reminds me of another UN org by the name of IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change).
Just read up on the original head honcho of IPCC - was there for around 15 years - Rajendra Pachauri!! High life beckons!! IMO, IPCC would have to be the most corrupt org ever!
