China does not need masks from other country. Chinese produce more than 80% of PPE of the world. Why do they need to purchase additional masks when there were more than hundred of millions masks produced in each DAY?
If WHO did help China, why would UK, EU announce more than 5 billion dollars additional funding?

There are strong evidence that the virus started in America as early as July 2019. America closed bio-lad urgently in July 2019, then we had pneumonia symptoms related unknown disease which was then called as "vaping illness". America did not sign in the WHO's investigation re virus origin in which more than 120 countries signed including China and AU. Look at the number of patients all over the world, the USA has already got over 2 million confirmed cases and still counting at a rate of 20,000 per day. So you really think the rest of the world has a better public health than America? Or is because the virus started in America? just like the 1918 flu? America has a dark history in contaminating disease: AIDS; pig flu all started there and spread to all over the world.
