The WHO needs disbanding and then possibly recreating without the Communist element...for instance the WHO cannot even bring it's slf to recognise Taiwan..Taiwan is the embodiment of the Chinese people without the communist element that has degraded the life and living conditions amidst a cultural mire that is modern china proper
