    Socal has run out of grant money for CHP 2012. A new bucnh will be released in 2013 but Bluegen is too expensive and will miss this too. When its $8K it will be a different story.

    However if there is some other masterplan in Cal like the sydney trigen 2030 MP, then maybe.
