APPOINTMENT OF SPECIALIST NETWORK MARKETING
COUNSEL IN THE USA

Australian healthcare company Stirling Products Limited (ASX:STI) advises that it
has appointed specialist legal firm Nehra & Waak as its Network Marketing Counsel
in the USA.
As Network Marketing in the US involves the engagement and management of
many independent contracted consultants selling products throughout all states,
legal complexities are introduced due to the differing requirements of compliance in
each state jurisdiction. It is therefore of particular importance to ensure that the
Company has industry specific expert advice throughout the course of its
operations.
Gerald Nehra, who will be the Company’s lead counsel, is recognised as an industry
expert having established his specialised network and multi-level marketing legal
practice in 1992. Prior to this he served as the Director in charge of the legal
division of Amway for seven years where he was responsible for all legal
consideration including corporate governance and structure of the parent
corporation and over 70 subsidiaries and also the management of the patent
function and over 4000 trademark registrations in over 31 countries.
