Precisely….. and where in the right to bare arms (as defined in the constitution) does it allow you to bare assault weapons ….. it doesn’t …So back to my original point ,.........The use of the 2nd amendment to argue that regulating guns is unconstitutional, is ridiculous. .... ergo ... those that use that argument are full of shite
