The USA does a census every ten years and this is the basis of how many seats they have in their parliament and how much in government money the receive

Theydid an audit of the system and found that it was wrong, not by 50 or 60 but by hundreds of thousands involving a large number of seats incorrectly assigned

Now the kick is that guess which party greatly benefited by this mistake ?

The problem is they can't fix it without a full country census and the law says they cannot do it until the time allocated that it must be done

Anyone who thinks that the USA is in a good condition with a viable legal and political system is bonkers

Also they don't have democratic elections
