Not sure about the USA but at least in Aus you only need to look back at the 2014 2015 annual reports
Milk is about 36% GP so gaining 4% market share means $1b nzd, with ebitda ranging from 15-20% before corporate costs (advertising etc), so potentially $150-200m p.a.. For the next 5 years or so they wiill still need to be advertising and with how big USA is its not possible to gain 4% within 5 years.
We are three years into USA and its only starting to get traction. The main objective is to build the distribution network then go from there which they are doing. I just wish they could have partnered with another giant like they did with Fontera in NZ.
Its a potential market, with other products to be considered too but it wont be a quick thing. If you are banking on within 3 years i think it will disappoint you. If they can break even within 3 years im happy
