Until it does so, the USA is complicit in the genocide being wrought on Palestinian civilians by Netanyahu's terrorist regime.

In his press conference this morning US President Jo Biden apparently forgot about being accused of anti-Semitism and declared that Netanyahu's war against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip is way over the top.
