I would wait to get some decent contracts signed first. If they announce the US site is open for business, the clock starts ticking and the pressure builds on the CEO to inform the market of seat numbers and quarterly targets.
From what I have witnessed, the US site is good to go. Just waiting on the CEO to press the green button. Sometime next year I guess. I would like them to map San Francisco and Silicon Valley next. Get the brains of america excited and talking.
