    The TC report mentioned they they thought the US was flagging an intention to go to 50/50. Ive seen this number mentioned on this site recently.

    I read yesterdays news that the 50/50 ratio is now/today US policy and that they are ordering relenza under this new benchmark ratio.

    Plus add the IV news. Anyway you look at it its good for BTA.
