If you look at the sp chart the sp rose from sharply from $2.51 from the date of the HHS document 25 September to $3.33 on 19 October before traders swarmed it down to $2.88 to an uninformed market probably with the advantage of the policy news.

Relenza is Biota's single most important income and yet management is oblivious to such important public news affecting the most important income.

Are they waiting for the AGM to announce this news to make shareholders happy at the meeting?
