How does this sound, just to be fair in the event of
War/invasions.
War crimes to be only brought against those seen to be
the perpetrators/instigators/first strikers etc.
Exceptions would need to be for those countries under brutal Dictatorships. Some of these low life’s need a big smack !
Just a thought.
