    Yep, thats why I qualified it with "of substance".
    One I know of is "Less Common Metals". I believe they're minor players that can do metals and maybe magnets.
    There is also the old plant in Estonia that can separate RE salts to an extent. (It was owned by Molycorp but wasn't enough to save them.)
    La Rochelle in France is very old and these days recycles the RE from flouro bulbs if what I heard is right.
    Anything else out there?
    Otherwise if the US want magnets for their manufacturing they need to source them through China or Lynas/Japanese manufacturers.
    Like I've said before; I'm very OK with that!!
