JMO but my guess is the US will mess around for a long time and after that with General more and going publick I think MP has the edge. I firmly believe Lynas has the better proposal and is more capable but in this case Politics will win over common sense. So BL will be done and most likely in US but Japan inc will help finance it and for that they will get most of the output. which they will process and sell back to US at good markup in assemblies and products. Still good for Lynas only loser is US.
