Don Easterbrook is now forecasting at least 2 more decades of cooling. Global warming is becoming increasingly remote with each passing month.

I didn't realise that it had started cooling already, let alone been cooling for 2 decades. I thought that was just a prediction, you know a modelled outcome.

denmor, what is the cause of the colder weather in the NE USA? It has been discussed here before. You might want to go back and have a refresher.

When you are sitting in NE USA it probably feels like the world is going to freeze over. But at the same time those just over in Alaska, Greenland, the Arctic and Scandinavia are comparatively sweltering. It's not cold everywhere and when you look at the averaged northern hemisphere temperature anomaly during the 'polar vortex' it was actually +0.63°C.

This is basic stuff denmor.
