Not sure why US politicians would pump and dump an OTC stock with fa volume (and at these prices), when they can pump federal funding into it as they accumulate long positions
They have far more to gain financially to build a brand new sector on public funds as they're investing their private capital, while decoupling from their adversary's monopoly on minerals integral to their military dominance
p&ds are small time profit scalping, the US has a large enough economy and ECM to make many multiples of what a simple p&d could yield
