DTR is a one off for a number of reasons and presents a great opportunity for not only day trading but also medium and longer term investing .
Each requires a different game plan though .
I can see why and how you are trading it and the factors that make it a good trading share .
The events so far are two fold to me thought as they also lay the groundwork for a potential medium to long trade .
This is where we disagree, and you may find that you have jumped the gun in your assessment of how things are playing out as DTR is out of left field so even a perceived negative can be a positive .
A mate called in last week who has spent years trading in the US and since coming back is now a portfolio manager for a big investment firm .
Ran my medium game plan past him including exit points and the added affect the US retail buyer would have on DTR .
He thought it was a sound plan in part as the initial building blocks have already been laid .
